COVID UPDATE

Melbourne is in the 6th COVID lockdown and case numbers and exposure sites are growing around us. We are following strict COVID guidelines to keep you, your family and our team safe.

Under current restrictions we can only provide emergency and urgent dental care to our patients. If you have any concerns about your teeth, please leave a message on our answering machine or send us an email, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We hope to return to routine dental care by the end of October 2021. Please contact us to book your next appointment as soon as possible, we expect to be very busy after the end of the current lockdown and early morning and after school appointments are filling fast.

COVID Protocols:

  • You must have an appointment before entering the surgery. To make an appointment, please call 9585 3880
  • You must wear a fitted face mask over your mouth and nose until seated in the treatment room
  • You must check in on arrival via QR code or manually
  • You must use hand sanitizer upon arrival
  • Your temperature will be checked upon arrival
  • You will be given a COVID Screening form to be completed, this must be signed
  • Please adhere to social distancing requirements, you may be asked to waited outside to accommodate density rules
  • We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you present with COVID like symptoms
  • Please come alone, unless you require a carer.
  • Our toilet facilities are closed due to COVID, please brush your teeth prior to attending.
  • Please only bring children to you appointment if they also have an appointment that day.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, keep in mind traffic increases once lock down restrictions ease. We will need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late
  • Please only attend if you are fit to do so. You can check by reading the screening questions at the bottom of this page. Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Even if you have a negative COVID test, do not attend if you are displaying any cold or flu-like symptoms
  • After your appointment we ask that you settle your account quickly and leave the waiting room to allow the next patient to enter
